The OrchardFlowerbed, the Barn, and the Hayloft
Our hosts’ story began in 1975 with a holiday on the farm and a few rooms directly above the cow shed. A lot has happened in the last 45 years. The four-sided farmyard has been altered several times and supplemented with a further hotel building, the OrchardFlowerbed. Each living area has its own distinctive style. All feature high-class materials, are comfortably equipped, offer furniture from the region and authentic handicrafts and are faithful to a homely country house design. In the four-sided farmyard The Hayloft

This area – as the name reveals – was once the hayloft in our four-sided farmyard. Today it contains 15 double rooms which were refurbished in 2015 with traditional charm and rural ease. The nostalgia-inducing solid-timber beds are decorated with elaborate paintings and some are designed as four-poster beds. The bathrooms are modern and all are outward-facing with windows. The Hayloft rooms also all have a balcony with a view over the tranquil inner courtyard or the oak garden.

The Barn

Anyone with a penchant for rural-modern design will adore the Barn rooms, which were modernised in 2016. High-quality handmade furniture and friendly Landler design ensure cosy comfort. All bathrooms are equipped with spacious showers. In the Barn we also offer families ample space in our special family rooms. All rooms also have a balcony or terrace. Sunscreens also create extra idyllic and intimate extra space from our west-facing balconies.
