Emergency

In case of fire, immediately activate the nearest pressure detector or make an emergency call via the programmed telephone button. Our house has an automatic fire alarm system; if a smoke detector siren sounds, then the fire department is already alerted. Close windows and doors! Do not use lifts! Go directly to the assembly point! There is an escape plan in your room. If you call the emergency control centre yourself in case of an emergency, make sure to inform the reception to ensure the fastest possible help.

External: the hotel's phone number is 08531/942-0. To get directly to your room, replace the 0 with "5"+ your room number. Example: the phone number for room 101 would be 08531/942-5101.
